Limerick City and County Council announces the launch of Twilight Thursdays, a new initiative aimed at enhancing the night-time economy in Limerick city. Twilight Thursdays will take place on the last Thursday of every month, bringing together cultural events, live entertainment, and late-night business openings to create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for all.

This initiative promises to transform Limerick into a thriving night-time destination, providing both locals and visitors with memorable experiences.

Limerick city is one of nine locations selected to participate in the national Night Time Economy pilot programme, which is supported and funded by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, designed to stimulate night-time economy activity through the development of enhanced collaborative structures supported by a Night-Time Economy Advisor.
