EmployAbility Limerick provides specialised employment support services for those with an injury, illness, health issue or disability.
In addition to this we also provide a free recruitment and employment service for employers.
The model we use is a partnership approach to enable people with disabilities to achieve sustainable long-term employment and businesses to employ valuable workers
The service employs a team of Job Coaches that work with individuals to help them gain and maintain employment. Support is provided to help the job applicant overcome any barriers which may exist in terms of accessing employment. It is available to everyone with an illness, injury or disability including those with mental health difficulties within the Limerick city and county area. The service is free to both job applicants and employers and is funded by the Department of Social Protection.
