Our Lady of Lourdes Community Services Group

Over the past 20 years the company has grown from strength to strength and currently has an annual turnover in excess of 1.5 million euro PA we are a registered company, fully tax compliant and have charitable status.

The CSG in Partnership with others provides a range of services for those aged 18 years upwards these include

• Services for Adults
• Child & Youth Services - West End Youth Centre, Childworld Creche
• Estate Management
• Sit n' Sip Café - Meals on Wheels

West End Youth Centre

WEYC opens until 9pm each evening, with 180+ young people attending our service on a weekly basis.

We provide service in the following ways, but not limited to:

• Residential trips and youth work exchanges
• Emotional check-in and space to learn about the self
• Empowerment and advocacy of safe, healthy relationships
• Human Rights Advocacy and social inclusion in general
• Fitness, cooking and STEM based programmes
• Employment and driver theory test support
• Summer, Easter and Christmas provision

The WEYC is operating under the UBU-Your Place, Your Space funding initiative, funded by Limerick & Clare Education and Training Board.

CARE Adult Education

Our Lady of Lourdes CARE Adult Education provides multi-denominational equal opportunities services in conjunction with the Clare Limerick ETB. The centre caters for the educational and developmental needs of learners, who have left mainstream education. The curriculum covers a wide range of academic and vocational subjects. 

The services endeavour to provide centres of learning where progressive values predominate, where each learner is impressed with an awareness of human dignity and uniqueness and where the desire to achieve success and contentment is instilled through committed study and participation.

Along with a focus on the intellectual, physical and social education of the learners, we strive to provide an atmosphere of care and concern for each individual.
